Winnifred Duncan Phillip
A graduate of the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus having graduated with Upper Second Class Honours. She is also a graduate of the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad. Mrs. Duncan Phillip has been actively practicing law in Grenada for the past thirty years and is an experienced litigation practitioner. Mrs. Duncan Phillip has experience working for lending institutions in Grenada, advising and preparing security documents. In the past, these institutions were the Grenada Development Bank and the National Insurance Scheme. The firm presently provides services to The Communal Co-Operative Credit Union. She has served on various private and statutory boards of directors in Grenada.

A graduate of the University of the West Indies St Augustine Campus Trinidad having graduated with Upper Second Class Honors and the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad. She has a keen interest in property law such as deeds, mortgages and civil litigation.
